Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Custom-designed or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please email our support team at info@birdborindustry.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions.

Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product due to size or defect, please contact us. We will accommodate your request based on availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Provide photos and details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, production may have begun and the order may not be eligible for cancellation.
